Terms of Use

You may use this site to browse our parts, ask for shipping quotes, contact us and buy parts for yourself or your business. Orders must be placed by adults who can enter into a binding contract.

Don't use the site in a way that breaks the law, harms other people, or interferes with how the site works for others.

The photos, listing descriptions, text, logos and design of this site belong to Iron Fleet Parts or are used with permission. You may view them, save or print pages for your own records, and share links to our listings.

You may not copy, republish or sell our photos or listings — for example on another marketplace or parts website — without our written permission.

• Don't scrape, crawl or copy listings, prices or photos with bots, scripts or other automated tools. Search engines may index public pages as allowed by the site's robots.txt file.
• Don't send automated, bulk or fake messages through the contact, shipping-quote or checkout forms, or use them for spam or advertising.
• Don't place orders you don't intend to pay for, or use a payment method you aren't authorized to use.
• Don't try to get around part reservations, rate limits or other protections, test the site's security, or access the staff area or other people's orders.

We may block access, cancel orders and report unlawful activity when these rules are broken.

We describe every part as accurately as we can, but part numbers, donor vehicle details, specifications, weights and fitment notes are provided for information and may contain mistakes. They are not a promise that a part fits your vehicle: confirm fitment before you buy, and call us if you're not sure.

Prices and availability can change at any time until your order is placed. What we promise about the parts you buy is set out in the Terms of Sale and the Return & Warranty Policy.

Some parts of the site are provided by other companies: payments are processed by Stripe, and shipping rates, tracking and delivery come from carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS and freight lines. When you use their services — for example Stripe's payment page or a carrier's tracking page — their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we aren't responsible for their services or websites.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version posted when you use the site applies. Orders you have already placed stay under the Terms of Sale you accepted at checkout.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in the county of our principal place of business, unless the law of your state requires otherwise.
