This policy explains what personal information Iron Fleet Parts ("we") collects through this website, why, and what choices you have.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, company, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, the parts you buy and how you pay.
- Payment: card and bank details are entered on Stripe's secure page and processed by Stripe. We don't receive or store full card or bank account numbers.
- Records that protect you and us against fraud: your IP address, browser type, and the time you accepted our Terms of Sale.
- Messages you send us through the contact or shipping-quote forms.
- Basic analytics about how the site is used, if analytics are enabled.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, and to email you order confirmations, shipping updates and refund notices.
- To answer your questions and shipping-quote requests.
- To prevent fraud and respond to payment disputes.
- To meet tax, accounting and legal obligations.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), our shipping carriers and rate services (to quote and deliver your parts), our email provider (to send order emails), and our hosting and database providers. They may use the information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for at least seven years for tax and accounting purposes and to handle warranty claims and payment disputes. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to answer them and follow up.
Cookies
The site stores your cart in your browser so it's there when you come back. Staff sign-in uses a secure cookie. If analytics are enabled, they may set their own cookies to count visits. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights under state law; we will honor requests as those laws require.
